The first stage in the ordering process is to find your motorcycle on the US site configurator and develop a custom Corbin seat using the online “Design it” tool to suit your preferences, this can be done for most motorcycles here: http://www.corbin.com/shop.shtml
If you can’t find your make and model of motorcycle on the US website, please send us an email request with your exact make, model, year of manufacture and model year(MY) of motorcycle and we will find out if a seat is available for your motorcycle or if a Corbin seat is in the development stages for your motorcycle.
Once you have decided to purchase a Corbin seat and happy with your configuration, take note and record all of your preferences (taking a screenshot can also help if you email it to us) and download the order form provided below. Complete the form as best as you can and email it back to sales@selectedge.com.au
Some customers have informed us they can’t download the order form from the below weblink due to the security settings on their device, feel free to contact us via email and we can send you the order form via email. Alternatively orders can also be made by phoning (03) 9467 7622 where we will complete the order form for you and email you a copy for confirmation before proceeding to manufacturing.
Richard will always double check the information you have provided and will come back to you if anything needs further clarification, we as the Australian importer are happy to act as an advocate for you in the ordering and purchasing process. Once all the details have been confirmed and you are happy to proceed, a quote in Australian dollars will be emailed to you for your perusal. It is at this stage you can make payment and we can lock your position in the production queue.
As the Australian importer we do have all of the Corbin color samples for you to view in Victoria, this service is only available to customers who have paid for their new seat order in full.
If you are located interstate we will be more than happy to post the samples to you in an overnight express post satchel and you will have up to 3 days to change your mind on colors before posting the samples back to us.
Any orders cancelled once they are put into the production queue will incur a cancellation fee.
